Special Note About Volunteering in Haiti and Chile: Thank you for your desire to help so many devastated by the earthquakes in Hait and Chile. At this time, the American Red Cross is only deploying volunteers specially trained to manage international emergency operations. It takes about 6 months to get training as an American Red Cross International Delegate. We understand that if there are other Agencies that need volunteers, they will be listed at www.Interaction.org.
